7. Right Mindfulness (Sammā-sati) – Mental Discipline

Be aware of your body, feelings, thoughts, and mental patterns.

Practice mindful observation without attachment or aversion.
8. Right Concentration (Sammā-samādhi) – Mental Discipline

Practice deep meditation (like the four jhānas) to develop a focused, peaceful mind.
